Looking back, I realize that the lack of support and proper guidance in navigating the mental challenges athletes face played a significant role, something I now see as essential for athletes of all ages. That’s one of the key reasons I do what I do today.

Practicality – Theory is great, but what matters is what actually works.
Sustainability – Quick fixes help, but real progress comes from lasting mental strength.
